You have reached the cookie policy page on the Sign & Drive website, company no. 516083680, located at 23 Sderot HaRishonim, Rishon LeZion (hereinafter, the "Company" or the "Website," respectively). The Website was created and is managed by the Company. The Company may also be contacted by email at info@signandrive.co.il. The cookie and information collection policy is an integral part of the privacy policy and is provided on a separate page for convenience and transparency in presenting the information. You should also review the privacy policy and not rely solely on the cookie policy. To view the privacy policy, scroll to the footer of the Website.

Accordingly, this notice sets out the cookie usage policy for your convenience and information:

1. As part of the Company's use of its digital assets, including marketing campaigns on social media, various automated tools are used, such as cookies (hereinafter, "cookies"), tags, pixels and similar tools (hereinafter, "tracking technologies"). These tools collect and retain information about users' activity on the Company's digital assets and, at times, on external websites as well.

What are cookies and pixels?

2. Cookies and pixels are small text files, characters, tiny images and code snippets embedded in Website pages. When the Company's digital assets are accessed, these technologies make it possible to identify whether a particular action has been performed. For example: when a user uses the Company's digital assets, the cookies and pixels generate a notification indicating that the user performed the action. This enables the Company to measure responses to marketing activity, improve service, ensure information security and prevent fraud. Some cookies are deleted when the browser is closed, while others are stored in the device's memory or on the servers of the Company and its service providers. Resuming browsing using the same server that created the cookies and pixels gives the server the practical ability to identify the user and use the information accumulated about them. It is clarified that these are not software programs, certainly not spyware, and they cannot do anything independently. At any given time, any user can block the use of cookies and pixels or delete those already created and stored, in the vast majority of browsers. This can be done through the browser settings.

3. It is clarified that the Company or third parties operating the cookies and pixels may from time to time access the accumulated content, which may be stored on their servers.

Which cookies and pixels does the Company use, and for what purposes?

4. The Company uses cookies to collect statistical information and improve the user experience on the Website, and Website users permit this.

5. The Company also uses third-party cookies and pixels, including tools provided by GOOGLE and META, formerly Facebook. These tools are used to display advertising content and conduct remarketing across the internet in a manner that may be tailored to users' preferences based on the characteristics of their activity. When these tools are used, external service providers use tracking technologies and collect information such as IP addresses, unique identifiers of the device used for browsing, internet activity data, pages viewed and other information.

6. In addition, the Company may use third-party cookies from providers such as TABOOLA and OUTBRAIN to create custom and lookalike audiences. This use enables the Company to tailor content and advertisements for users. The use of information in this context is subject to the terms of use and privacy policies of those external providers.

7. Accordingly, use of the Website may result in advertisements, offers of services and the like, and may also direct users to external websites. It is clarified and emphasized that the Company has no connection to or responsibility for cookies, pixels or their usage policies on external websites. Website users are advised to review the privacy policy and terms of use of every external website to which they are directed, as information may be collected and processed by advertising companies as part of such activity. This information may be stored on their servers and, as stated, be subject to their privacy policies. For more information, please refer to the cookie policies of META, GOOGLE, TABOOLA and OUTBRAIN.

Disabling or deleting cookies:

8. Website users who do not wish to receive cookies can, in most browsers, manage the use of cookies by deleting or blocking them or receiving alerts. However, deleting or blocking cookies may impair the user experience and even prevent access to some services. Users are invited to consult their browser's operating instructions or Help screen for more information.

9. By consenting to the cookie and information collection policy as well as the privacy policy, users authorize the use of the tracking technologies described in detail in the cookie and information collection policy and the use of the collected information to identify and characterize the user's profile. If users do not consent, they can change their device and browser settings as described above, according to their personal preferences.
