The Sign & Drive website, company no. 516083680, at 23 Sderot HaRishonim, Rishon LeZion (hereinafter respectively: the “Company” or the “Website”), makes every effort to provide its customers and the general public with equal and respectful access to the Website, in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 1998 (hereinafter: the “Law”) and the secondary legislation enacted thereunder.
Accordingly, the accessibility arrangements are set out below for users' information:
Website and online platforms:
1. The website operated by the Company is accessible, enabling persons with disabilities and older adults to browse and use the information like any other user.
2. The Website complies with the requirements of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Accessibility Adjustments for Services), 2013. The adjustments were made on the basis of Israeli Standard 5568 for web-content accessibility at the required level (AA and in accordance with WCAG 2). The highest level of compatibility with the accessibility tools is achieved using the Google Chrome browser.
3. The Website provides a semantic structure for assistive technologies and supports standard keyboard navigation patterns using the arrow keys, ENTER and ESC to exit menus and windows. In addition to the adjustments made, as can be seen, an accessibility plugin is embedded in the Website and appears as a toolbar marked with a wheelchair icon. The plugin enables users to enlarge or reduce the text, change display tones, and modify color, brightness and contrast settings. It also enables keyboard navigation as described above, font changes, link highlighting and the resetting of accessibility settings.
4. The Website is adapted for display in common browsers and responsive use on smartphones. As stated, the Website has been tested and found to work optimally with the Google Chrome browser.
5. For an optimal browsing experience with screen-reading software, we recommend using an up-to-date version of NVDA. This screen-reader software enables people with visual impairments or those who have difficulty reading text displayed on a computer screen to receive an audio or Braille description of everything shown on the computer display.

6. The Company is registered at 23 Sderot HaRishonim, Rishon LeZion. This location is used solely for vehicle collection and not for receiving the public. The following accessibility arrangements are available there:
(a) Accessible parking spaces are available, including a space for a tall vehicle;
(b) There is a continuous accessible route from the parking area to the service point, including an elevator;
(c) Accessible service stations are available;
(d) Accessible restrooms are available;
(e) Identification and directional signs are provided;
(f) Service animals intended to assist persons with disabilities are permitted to enter;
(g) Company representatives may be contacted for help and assistance.
