Accessibility Statement

The Sign & Drive website, company no. 516083680, at 23 Sderot HaRishonim, Rishon LeZion (hereinafter respectively: the “Company” or the “Website”), makes every effort to provide its customers and the general public with equal and respectful access to the Website, in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 1998 (hereinafter: the “Law”) and the secondary legislation enacted thereunder.

Accordingly, the accessibility arrangements are set out below for users' information:

Website and online platforms:

1. The website operated by the Company is accessible, enabling persons with disabilities and older adults to browse and use the information like any other user.

2. The Website complies with the requirements of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Accessibility Adjustments for Services), 2013. The adjustments were made on the basis of Israeli Standard 5568 for web-content accessibility at the required level (AA and in accordance with WCAG 2). The highest level of compatibility with the accessibility tools is achieved using the Google Chrome browser.

3. The Website provides a semantic structure for assistive technologies and full keyboard operation: TAB moves between elements, ENTER activates them and ESC closes menus and windows. Every page starts with a “Skip to main content” link, and every element that receives focus is marked with a prominent outline.

4. The Website includes an accessibility component developed for it (a red button with an accessibility icon at the side of the screen; it can also be opened and closed with the keyboard shortcut Alt+A). The component offers: enlarging text up to 200% and reducing it; a keyboard navigation mode with a prominent focus indicator; stopping animations and moving content; a readable font; increased text spacing (between lines, letters and words); heading highlighting; link highlighting; showing descriptions of images and controls on mouse hover or focus; a reading guide; color modes — dark contrast, light contrast, black and yellow, inverted colors, grayscale and sepia; a large white or black mouse cursor; and resetting all settings. The settings are saved in the browser for future visits. From the component you can also open this statement and report an accessibility problem by email.

5. The Website is adapted for display in common browsers and responsive use on smartphones. As stated, the Website has been tested and found to work optimally with the Google Chrome browser.

6. For an optimal browsing experience with screen-reading software, we recommend using an up-to-date version of NVDA. This screen-reader software enables people with visual impairments or those who have difficulty reading text displayed on a computer screen to receive an audio or Braille description of everything shown on the computer display.

7. The secure payment component in the ordering process is embedded from an external payment provider and is not fully under the Company’s control. If you encounter any difficulty at the payment stage, we will gladly help you complete the order in an alternative way — please contact us using the details below.

Accessibility arrangements at the Company's offices:

8. The Company is registered at 23 Sderot HaRishonim, Rishon LeZion. This location is used solely for vehicle collection and not for receiving the public. The following accessibility arrangements are available there:
(a) Accessible parking spaces are available, including a space for a tall vehicle;
(b) There is a continuous accessible route from the parking area to the service point, including an elevator;
(c) Accessible service stations are available;
(d) Accessible restrooms are available;
(e) Identification and directional signs are provided;
(f) Service animals intended to assist persons with disabilities are permitted to enter;
(g) Company representatives may be contacted for help and assistance.
